Children saw wild animals in summer camp, understood the importance of lion by watching cartoon film

Bhopal. 19 students from class 6th to 12th participated in the first one day event of summer camp organized for students at Van Vihar National Park. The children were first given information about Van Vihar and after that they were informed about behaving well with the wild animals in the park. After this, the children were told by showing a cartoon film that the lion has an important contribution in the protection of the environment and it is necessary to have this lion in the forests. At the end of the programme, children were also administered an oath to protect the environment.

Children saw wild animals from close quarters:
In the event, children were given information about lion, leopard, bear, tiger, turtle and snakes. Along with this, children also saw different species of butterflies in the butterfly park and in the end, children were also given information about drawing and paper craft. Children also made drawings and crafts related to the environment on the occasion.
