Bhopal Collector’s order on the arbitrariness of schools: Private schools will not be able to change uniforms and books every year, long queues formed to buy books.

Bhopal Private School News: The arbitrariness of private schools will no longer work in Madhya Pradesh. The government is strict on arbitrary recovery from parents in the name of uniforms, coffee books and other materials. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has given instructions to take strict action against such school operators.

Parents will have to give information one year in advance
Parents will have to be informed a year in advance about the academic session in which they will change uniforms or books. At the same time, books and uniforms will be available at all the shops. Bhopal Collector will issue an order regarding this within a week. On the other hand, lines of parents were also seen at city shops to buy children’s books. Books are being given the next day if the token is taken a day in advance.

School administrators will not be able to put pressure
Bhopal Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh said that the order will put a stop to the arbitrariness of private schools. No school operator will be able to put any pressure on parents for uniforms and books. If pressure is applied then FIR will be registered. Teams have also been formed at the SDM-Tehsildar level, which will take strict action if complaints are received.

FIR instructions against 19 schools
Jabalpur Collector Deepak Saxena has arbitrarily given instructions for FIR against 19 schools. He has asked the parents to complain if the school puts pressure on them to buy uniform or copy-books from the same shop. On the instructions of the Collector, action has been taken against 19 schools including St. Alice’s Senior Secondary School, Polypathar, Ryan International School, Care Public School, Napier Town.
