By Election Result 2023: Voting for one seat each in Tamil Nadu, Arunachal Pradesh and Jharkhand and two assembly seats in Maharashtra was held in February. The results of the by-elections will come today i.e. on Thursday. The counting of votes for the by-election has started from 8 am. Today, along with the Nagaland, Meghalaya, Tripura assembly elections, the results of the by-elections held on 6 assembly seats are also coming.
According to media reports, by-elections were held on February 27 on 6 assembly seats in all the states except Maharashtra. While by-elections were held on 26 February on two assembly seats in Maharashtra. Today Chinchwad and Kasba Peth in Maharashtra, Lumla in Arunachal Pradesh, Erode in Tamil Nadu, Ramgarh in Jharkhand and Sagardighi in West Bengal are also included.
