Carnival fire: A case of shooting outside the house of an NRI has come to light in Karnal, Haryana. This incident took place in Guniyana Dera of Karnal village in Gondar. The perpetrators arrived in a white car to carry out the shooting. To carry out the incident, 7 to 8 shots were fired. After this shooting, there is an atmosphere of panic in the house. At the same time, the police confiscated the cartridge cases lying in front of the house.
The police are investigating
Based on the complaint made by the couple living in the house, the police have registered a case against four to five people and started investigations. Currently no evidence of the defendant has been found.
Son lives in America
Karmapal Singh, a resident of Dera Guniana Road, Ranjit Nagar, Gondar, lives in a camp set up in the fields. One of his sons has been living in America for 5-6 years. Karmapal lives at home with his wife and mother. On January 24th at around 8:30 p.m., some armed gunmen fired indiscriminately at the gate of the house.
The car had no license plate
Hearing the sound of gunfire, he left the house with his wife and mother. But in the meantime the defendant had fled in the car. The number of villains was four or five. They drove towards Guniana by car. At the same time, there was no license plate on the perpetrators’ car.
Karmapal said there were bullet casings in front of his house. These included some pistol cartridges and some revolver cartridges. There were bullet marks on the walls and doors and there were also some shots fired from the air. After hearing the sound of bullets, people from nearby houses also reached the spot. Karmapal says he has no enmity with anyone. These shootings were carried out to create an atmosphere of panic.

The police took Karmapal’s statement
On the night of January 24th, the Nising police were on site. The police recorded Karmapal’s statement and took the bullet casings into their possession. The investigating officer said that based on Karmapal’s complaint, a case was registered against four to five people and an investigation was initiated.
