Instead of a job, he fell victim to a scam of about 98,000 rupees. The city police began investigating after registering the case.
In the complaint filed with the police, Dheeraj said he applied on the Naukri.com website on February 20. Then he got a call. In order to get him a job in the Gulf States, he was paid 5,100 rupees online in the name of the job interview. After that, 12.8 thousand rupees were remitted from him. When he promised him a job over the phone, he was duped several times with Rs 98,000. After learning about the scam, he filed a police report. The police have started searching for the accounts to which this amount was transferred.
