Haryana Saraswati Heritage Development Board Vice Chairman Dhuman Singh Kirmach said tourists from India and abroad would get an opportunity to learn about the history of the country’s ancient and historic river Saraswati at the International Geeta Mahotsav-2023. For this purpose, the board will organize a grand and beautiful exhibition around Purushottampura Bagh during the festival.

Board Vice President Dhuman Singh Kirmach spoke to officials and members of the Saraswati Board at the KDB office. Earlier, Vice Chairman Dhuman Singh Kirmach spoke to Dr. Pritam Singh, Director, RSS Department, Dr. Ramendra Singh, Director of Vidya Bharti, and Dr. AR Choudhary, Senior Engineer, spoke about the exhibition to be organized during the International Geeta Mahotsav Arvind Kaushik. Discussed the selection of exhibition venue in and around Purushottampur.

Chief Executive Officer Dhuman Singh Kirmach said that thousands of years ago, the holy river Saraswati flowed from the holy land of Kurukshetra, but this river gradually became extinct with time. Prime Minister Manohar Lal set up a board with the aim of bringing this river back to the surface. He said that at the International Geeta Mahotsav, the history and important moments related to the ancient Saraswati river will be presented to the tourists through an exhibition.
