Chandigar: The Haryana government has decided to simplify the process of reinstating employees. A letter was issued by Secretary General Sanjeev Kaushal in this regard.
An official spokesman said the government had decided that after the prime minister’s approval, cases of staff transfers would be referred to the human resources and finance departments within three days. Human Resources and Finance will make a recommendation within 15 days of receipt of the proposal. In addition, it was also decided that the agenda of the Council of Ministers would be included in the forthcoming session of the Council of Ministers.
The spokesman said that it has been observed many times that transfer cases, which are referred by administrative departments to Human Resources and Finance Departments for approval or advice, are delayed, which is why such proposals are submitted to the Council of Ministers. The Council of Ministers has seriously considered this and decided to simplify the process of reinstatement of workers.
