Panipat: The bench of Additional Judge Fast Track Court POSCO Sukhpreet Singh convicted Ishwar, resident of Krishna Garden HUDA Sector-25, Panipat for kidnapping, rape and murder of a six-year-old girl and sentenced him to rigorous imprisonment till his last breath. .
