Sanjay Kumar, a resident of Harinagar Colony, said his late acquaintance Ramniwas Verma came to meet him in October 2022. Anil Goswami and Vijay from Datauli Village were also present along with Ramniwa’s Verma. During the conversation, Anil told him that he, his wife Geeta, and Vijay work together to find work by sending children abroad. He then spoke to his son Ajay, who expressed his desire to go abroad. A few days later, Anil, Geeta and Vijay came to his house and showed copies of many children’s visas on their phones, and Anil made video calls to many children, who told him that he was abroad. After that, he too fell into the trap of all three.

Arotip asked her 40 lakh rupees to get her son a job in Canada. He then paid the accused 37,80,000 rupees in various installments from January 2021 to March 31, 2022, but the accused failed to obtain his son’s visa. When he demanded money from the defendant, he handed over a check and asked for two months to pay. Two months later, when he deposited the check at the bank, it came through as well. Now the defendants are threatening to kill him because of the money demand. Following Sanjay Kumar’s complaint, the police opened a case against the defendants Anil, Geeta and Vijay and launched an investigation.
