Rohtak: Haryana Gramin Chowkidar Sabha reached the court of former Prime Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Monday regarding the claims. He called for rural chowkidar issues to be taken up in the forthcoming assembly session. The former prime minister assured the chowkidars that they would raise their voices in the Vidhan Sabha and work to reach the ears of the government.

Land guards said that Haryana land guards have been agitating for their demands for a long time. So far, the government has not resolved any issue other than covering it in the EPF, nor has the government taken any steps in this regard.
