Rohtak: In the case of the rape of a minor, the court sentenced two defendants. The court sentenced one convict to 20 years imprisonment and the other to three years. The accused was fined 6,000 rupees. After the perpetrators were convicted, the court awarded the victim justice after three years.
According to the information, a minor living in a village was violently victimized by two youths living in the village. Both youths raped the minor for a year after threatening him. One of the two convicts was a minor. They intimidated and threatened the victim so much that she couldn’t say anything out of fear. Eventually, the victim courageously told the family about the matter. The relatives submitted the complaint of the two accused to the police. The police opened a case at the request of the victim’s family members, opened an investigation and arrested both suspects. The accused were brought before the court by the police. While the court of ASJ Naresh Kumar denied justice to the minor after three years, hearing the case, it sentenced one convict to 20 years’ imprisonment and a fine of 6,000 rupees. In this case, the minor was sentenced to three years imprisonment under the IT Law.
