Gurugram: Police have announced the case that ASI was shot dead on the night of Karva Chauth. Four people, including the deceased’s wife and son, were arrested in the case. The ASI was murdered by his son along with his mother, her lover and friend. After killing the ASI to trick the police, the son also shot and injured his mother. He told police that the woman killed her husband in self-defense. The accused are being questioned by the police.
In fact, ASI Rajbir Yadav, resident of Shikohpur, Gurugram, was posted in Rewari GRP. Rajbir Yadav lived with his wife Sarita and son Yash in Sector 10. Rajbir had a dispute with his wife Sarita and son Yash over property. Due to this, Rajbir did not come home for the last two months. On the night of Karva Chauth, Rajbir came to his house and on the same night mother and son planned to kill Rajbir. In the case, the police first arrested the deceased’s wife, Sarita. After this, the team of Sector 31 crime branch chief Anand Kumar uncovered the murder case and arrested Yash Yadav, the accused who shot dead ASI Rajbir. Akshay alias Chirag and Saheb Singh were also arrested.
Father murdered over property dispute
During police interrogation, accused Yash Yadav said that there was a dispute between Rajbir (deceased), his wife and son Yash over property. Accused Yash asked his father Rajbir to transfer the property in his name but Rajbir did not get the property transferred in Yash’s name. Due to this, Yash along with his mother Sarita, his friend Akshay and Saheb Singh planned the murder. Saheb Singh appears to belong to the family of late Rajbir and uncle of accused Yash. It is reported that he had illicit relations with Yash’s mother or the wife of the deceased. Earlier, the accused had also given Akshay a lozenge worth Rs 60,000. After that, on the night of November 1, Yash first killed the father by firing three bullets. To mislead the police, he also shot his mother in the hand.
The honeymoon ended on the night of Karva Chauth
ACP Varun Dahiya said that Rajbir came to his house on the night of Karva Chauth and on the same night mother and son planned to kill Rajbir. Rajbir was shot three times in the head. To mislead the police, accused Yash shot and injured his mother Sarita Yadav to show that he fired in self-defense. But the police foiled Sarita’s plans and arrested Sarita’s son Yash, his friend Akshay and Sarita’s lover Saheb Singh in the murder case.
