Postmaster Sanjeev Kumar from the Central Post Office said the consumer could take a special envelope. On the occasion of the Raksha Bandhan festival, the Post Ministry has planned to help those sisters who are separated from their brothers. In view of the Raksha Bandhan festival, the Ministry of Post will deliver rakhi from sisters to the brothers in waterproof and attractive envelopes.

ADC Dr. Harish Vashisht said that the Haryana government has decided to offer free rides on Haryana transport buses as a gift to the women of Raksha Bandhan this year so that sisters can go to their brothers’ houses and tie rakhi to them. The ADC said that Haryana State Transport has been offering women free travel opportunities for several years in the public interest on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. This year, like last year, women can take advantage of this free travel option together with their children up to the age of 15. He said the travel opportunity will start at 12 noon on August 29 and last until 12 midnight on August 30, the day of Raksha Bandhan. This possibility is given in normal and standard buses.
