Rewari: In the case of the electricity theft in Ratanthal, the defendant used jelly to attack an EHC at the power plant who, together with the line judge, wanted to collect the fine. An FIR was filed against Bhanwar Singh from the village. Sandeep said that he went to Bhanvarsingh’s house along with linemen Pawan and Satish to pay the fine. When he reached Bhanwar Singh’s house, he got angry and started cursing at him. When she refused, he brought jam out of the house and attacked her. When he tried to fight back, the jelly penetrated the thigh of his leg. On his testimony, the police registered a case against the accused under different sections.
