Fatehabad: A petition has been filed in Fatehabad court against Congress leader Randeep Surjewala for calling the people who voted for the BJP demons and demons. Praveen Jora, BJP State Executive and Convenor Advocate of Sirsa Lok Sabha, through his attorney Mohit Bishnoi, submitted a petition to the court demanding the social, political and business damage caused by statements by the National Secretary-General of Congress and Rajya Sabha member Randeep Surjewala was judged to be eliminated and compensated. A corresponding decree should be issued. Civil Judge Nidhi Beniwal ordered Randeep Surjewala to appear in court on November 17 and give his answer.

Pravin Joda said in his petition that Randeep Surjewala’s claim was false, baseless, derogatory and malicious. The petitioner has been associated with the BJP since 1985 and has also held various posts. Surjewala has made a conscious effort to denigrate and denigrate the plaintiff’s image in public, as well as BJP supporters and the country’s population who voted for the BJP. He alleged that Surjewala deliberately made false and unfounded statements about BJP supporters in order to give the public the impression that BJP was filled with demons and that the accuser was also a man of demonic nature.
He said in the petition that when he asked people to join the Partition Vibhishika Divas program on August 14, people behaved unexpectedly. When he asked for the information on the matter, they said that you and all BJP supporters are demons, and highly educated lawyer and great Congress leader Randeep Surjewala told them frankly. Surjewala’s defamatory and derogatory statement has tarnished the image he has built across the region over the years. He asked the court to declare Randeep Surjewala’s allegations false, unfounded and defamatory and to ban him from making such statements in the future.
