Congressman sent to custody in Nuh violence case.
Nuh violence: Congress MP from Firozpur Jhirka Maman Khan, who was arrested in connection with the violence that erupted after the Brijmandal Yatra attack in Nuh on July 31, was produced in the court by CJM Jogendra Singh. The court has ordered to send the MLA to judicial custody for 14 days. So far, Maman Khan’s name has been included in 4 FIRs. It has currently been produced in case FIR number 137.

There was an argument between the two sides for more than 20 minutes in the CJM court. The court then issued its decision. The SIT set up to investigate the Nuh violence case said that Maman Khan was not cooperating in the investigation. To most questions, he replies, “I don’t know, I don’t remember.” Besides, SIT officials said that Congress MP Maman Khan made many big revelations during the probe but refused to make the one he made Declaration to sign. For this reason, it takes some time to complete the investigation. After this, SIT registered another fresh FIR under Section 180 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
We tell you that if a person refuses to sign any declaration made by him, he will be punished under Section 180 of the IPC. For this he can expect a prison sentence of three months. In addition, the accused is liable to pay a fine of up to Rs 500.

The government has banned the Internet again in Nuh. The internet will be closed in the city until midnight tonight. Home Minister TVSN Prasad has issued orders to maintain peace and order in Nuh and prevent any unrest.
