Nuh: Following the complaint from eligible farmers, the police and administration have started tightening the noose against the fraudsters who cheated the Meri Fasal-Mera Byora program in collusion with the CSC center operator. The police have started a case against more than 50 fraudsters in the district and are investigating.

Firozpur Jhirka SDM Dr. Chinar Chahal is considered extremely strict against such fraudulent persons. More than 50 such fraudsters have been identified and cases have been filed against them. Furthermore, not only will legal action be taken against the identified operators of CSC centers, but their licenses will also be revoked. The Firozpur Jhirka police filed a case against such fraudsters under sections of the Indian Penal Code last month. Investigations by the administration revealed that some fraudsters used ineligible people instead of eligible farmers to withdraw government subsidies to their accounts and made a lot of money. CSC center operators were also involved.

This problem is not only limited to the Firozpur Jhirka section. It operates in almost all parts of Punhana, Pingawan, Nagina, Nuh, Tawadu and Indri district. Such complaints have been at the forefront for a long time. Now a tough crackdown has begun. What’s special is that when eligible farmers talked to such non-eligible farmers about government subsidies, they even directly threatened to kill them. The treatment of these people has now begun. Soon such people will not only be arrested and put behind bars, but they will also be able to claim back the subsidies provided by the government.
