Murder of a young man in a dispute over filling a water pipe: the relatives announced that they would not perform the last rites until the accused was arrested

Hisar . A 16-year-old boy was killed in an argument over filling a water pipe during Matas Jagran in Uklana Mandis Bhatta Basti. The incident was reported around 3 a.m. Wednesday. After receiving the information, the police reached the location and took the body into custody and sent it for an autopsy. On the other hand, the relatives of the deceased, dissatisfied with the police action, kept the body at home and gathered in the evening and reached the Uklana police station. The Parinjos claimed that the police are taking a detour on the matter. Until the police arrest the accused, they will not cremate the body.

On Tuesday evening, Dhanpati organized in the neighborhood of the late Lavish Matas Jagran on the street. Aside from the complainant Lakhan, his brother Lavish and his younger Jagjit, many people from the community attended. By 3am, the elderly men and women who had come for the Jagran had gone to their respective homes and been sleeping. The complainant and his two brothers, Lavish and Jagjit, listened to bhajans played in Jagran. His younger brother Jagjit got up from Jagran and went to the chaupal to fill his hookah. Already there Ajay, Sagar, Sumit, Sonu and Gaurav, the nephew of Dhanpati, a resident of Talwandi Rana, beat his brother Jagjit.

When Brother Jagjit came out of the chaupal, his brother Lavish asked the reason for Jagjit’s slap, so in the meantime they all gathered and came to Jagran on the street corner. Sagar and Sumit caught his brother Lavish upon seeing him and Ajay stabbed his brother Lavish in the chest with a knife in his hand. The defendant used a knife to inflict deep wounds on his brother’s chest, back of arm and hip. There were two boys with them named Sonu and Gaurav, they said to kill him today, he should not be spared. In the process, he hit and beat his brother as well.

When the applicant sounded the alarm, they all fled the scene with their weapons after killing his brother. Thereafter, the applicant and his uncle Vikram took the seriously injured Lavish away on a motorbike and first took him to the government hospital in Uklana. From here the doctor advised him to take him to Barwala Hospital. They took Lavish to Barwala but doctors pronounced him dead as soon as he got to the hospital. Police have registered one case in other sections, including murder, but no one has been arrested so far.
