In the complaint filed with the police, a resident of the Jathlana Village Police Station area said that on the night of March 29, after dinner, his 17-year-old daughter went to sleep in her room. But in the morning his girlfriend was found missing from the house. Even after a long search, nothing was found about him. During the investigation, he learned that a young man named Aman Kumar had kidnapped his girl on the pretext of marriage. He filed a complaint against the accused youth with the police. After investigating the matter, the police took action by opening a case against the accused youth.
