Kharkhoda: CM Flying team together with Pollution Control Board team stormed two brick kilns in Kharkhoda area and recovered banned carbon there. Thereafter, the sealing action is carried out by issuing notices to the owners of the brick kilns on behalf of the department.

CM Flying (CM Flying) SI Mahavir, Police Chief Rajesh Kumar, Pollution Control Board SDO Praveen Kumar and Pravesh Kumar’s team from Food Supply Department set out to search the brick kiln at Pahladpur Kidhauli after receiving classified information. When the team reached the site and checked the Bhagwan brick kiln, the team found 70-75 sacks of carbon there, which was also where the kiln was fueled by carbon. After that, the team reached the Shiv Brick Kiln in Khanda Village. The team also found four carbon-filled sacks there. There, too, work was done at the brick kiln to produce bricks from carbon. In such a situation, the team notifies both owners of the brick kilns. After the answer, the sealing of the ovens can begin. The use of carbon has been phased out by the NGT, so this action has been taken on the furnaces. SDO Praveen Kumar says initial notices will be issued and then the sealing process will move forward.
