Kaithal: CM Flying has ambushed the food depot in Badsikri Kala village. The investigation revealed an excess of 400 kg of sugar and 500 kg less of wheat in the stock. Arrested pending the registration of a criminal case against custodian Vinod Kumar.

CM Flying’s SI Baljinder Singh, ASI Khushiram and Inspector Subhash of the Food and Supply Department checked the depot in Badsikri Kala village. The investigation team said that according to the inspection machine present at the food depot, 64.58 quintals of NFSA wheat and 313 kg of PM wheat and 176 kg of sugar were found. Then the team counted the sacks of wheat and sugar in stock, then found 200 sacks of wheat and 11.5 sacks of sugar on the spot. While on May 24th the ration for the month of June was indicated by the depot owner Vinod as 7196 kg. During the entire inspection it was found that there was 400 kg more sugar and 500 kg less wheat in the stock. Station manager in charge Dalbir Singh said Classer village depot holder Vinod Kumar had an Essential Commodities Act case registered and arrested.
