It takes hours for the patients and their companions to come here to get the OPD incision at the hospital. The matter is being lodged with the health authorities but they are being sent back to take precautions. A large number of patients and their companions crowded the hospital on Monday. Long lines of people were seen throughout the day to have OPD receipts issued at the OPD counter in the new Civil Hospital building. People also complained to the health authorities about this, but no solution was found.

The authorities were informed of the matter, but no hearing was held. In such a situation, people said why bother the patients if the system cannot be manufactured. Kuldeep, Vijendra, Satish, Jogendra, who came to the hospital for treatment, said that the patients and their companions stood in queues for OPD tickets all day long. When the OPD bill arrived, they also began queuing in front of the doctor’s office. After getting treatment here, when they reached the medicine window to take the medicine prescribed by the doctor, they started queuing there too. Because of this, he spent his whole day in the hospital.
