Haryana: Home Minister Anil Vij appealed to farmers and said that farmers should take back their call and withdraw it as Union Agriculture Minister Arjun Munda and the central government still say they are ready for talks. The solution will not be found through an attack on Delhi or Haryana, but only through talks. This is the first time that the government itself is coming to Chandigarh from Delhi for talks. Who will the farmers talk to when they go to Delhi, who do they want to tell when they go to Delhi?
The central government ministers do not refuse to talk
The Home Minister said if the purpose of the farmers going to Delhi was to talk to the central government, then the Delhi central government would come to Chandigarh and talk to the farmers. Two rounds of farmers’ talks with central government ministers have already taken place and central government ministers do not refuse to hold further talks. But the farmers still insist on going to Delhi and this is incomprehensible. He raised the question as to why they want to go to Delhi, their motive seems to be different.
We will not allow the peace to be disturbed
Anil Vij said that the government’s preparations have been completed and we will not allow the peace to be disturbed. Officials are vigilant and maintaining control at Haryana’s borders. Referring to the Punjab Chief Minister’s statement, he said that every problem can be solved only through talks and the government is by no means avoiding the talks. The Union Minister repeatedly asks for discussions because only through discussions can a consensus be reached and agreement has been reached on many points.
