Ambala: Haryana Home and Health Minister Anil Vij has reprimanded Ambala Padav Police Station SHO in the Machhuda land grabbing case. He said that I will not allow anyone to commit hooliganism, immediately free the country from encroachments and take action. Anil Vij listened to the problems of people from different districts of the state at his residence in Ambala.
The family had applied for ownership of the land.
The family complained to Home Minister Anil Vij about ownership of land in Machhunda in Ambala Cantonment. His accusation was that people with criminal tendencies were violently occupying his land and asserting their rights, even though all the documents were in his favor. Angry over the matter, the Home Minister reprimanded the Padav SHO over the phone and directed him to take immediate action in the matter.
A complaint was received that no action was taken against the accused in the case of misconduct
The couple from Ballabgarh complained to Home Minister Anil Vij that no action was taken against the accused in the molestation case of their daughter, following which Home Minister Anil Vij directed the Faridabad Police Commissioner to re-investigate the case. Similarly, a woman from Rohnat village Bhiwani accused her aunts of encroaching on her mother’s farmland. The woman said that the defendant had recently forcibly harvested grain from her fields. A police report has been lodged in this matter, but no action has been taken so far. The Home Minister directed SP Bhiwani to re-investigate the matter.
Accused of failing to properly investigate the murder
The complainant from Palwal alleged that there was no proper investigation into the son’s murder case, following which the home minister directed a DSP official to get the matter probed. The couple, who came from Narayangarh, informed the Home Minister that the woman from the village had filed a case of negligent assault against them and the woman had been harassing them and the villagers. The minister directed SP Ambala to investigate the matter.
The Home Secretary gave instructions to respond to these complaints
The woman from Saha accused her in-laws of dowry harassment, following which the home minister directed the DSP to take action. The complainant, a resident of Kurukshetra, alleged fraud in the name of a loan of Rs 15 lakh. The woman said that the person made her sign the loan under the pretext and that the loan of Rs 15 lakh is now in her name even though she has not received this amount. The Home Minister appointed SP Kurukshetra to investigate. In addition, the Interior Minister gave the affected officials instructions on how to deal with other problems.
