Hisar: The court found Sonu, Sunil, Sandeep and Vikas guilty and sentenced them to life imprisonment for the murder of real estate dealer Subhash, a resident of Puthi Mangalkhan, about 12 years ago. The court has imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 each on the perpetrators, Sonu and Sunil. Sandeep and Vikas were fined Rs 60,000 each. Let us tell you that on September 15, the court had declared all four guilty.
According to the charge sheet filed in the court, a case was registered at Hansi town police station on December 12, 2011 on the complaint of Sukhbir, a resident of Puthi Mangalkhan. Sukhbir had told that he had come to Uncle Subhash’s office on Tosham Road, Hansi. There was Krishna from Bhatla, Rajpal from Singhwa Khas and Manjeet from Daipal. Sat on the terrace at 11:15am chatting with Subhash. At that moment two young men came and took Uncle Subhash to the office to talk. After about five minutes, Uncle Subhash and the two boys came out. A young man took his uncle’s licensed gun in the office. After that, three more youths came and said, “What are you talking about?” Kill it. The youth began shooting at the uncle indiscriminately. When he tried to save his uncle, he threatened that he would lose his life if he intervened. After shooting Subhash, the accused fled and took the licensed weapon with him. The uncle was in critical condition and was taken to hospital for treatment where he was pronounced dead. During the court hearing on September 15, Sonu, Sunil, Sandeep and Vikas were found guilty in the case and sentenced to life imprisonment.
