Haryana: After rain and storms in the state, the heat again made people unwell on Friday. This heat process is expected to last until May 22nd. On May 23, the weather will change again due to the activation of another western disturbance. After May 23, there is another chance of a storm in the state. On May 25th Sun Rohini will enter Nakshatra and Nautapa will begin. There is a possibility of intense heat for 9 days.
After heavy thunderstorms across the state, it rained, then the mercury rose again on Friday. The people seemed helpless because of the heat stroke. The maximum temperature in the state reached over 40 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was 27 degrees Celsius. The HAU Meteorological Department, Hisar, has expressed the possibility of dry weather until May 22nd. During this period there is a possibility of a western dry and heat wave due to which the daytime temperature will rise. The Meteorological Office has forecast a partial impact of the western disturbance on the state on May 23; this westerly disturbance will again lead to a change in the weather. We tell you that on May 16th and 18th, a violent storm caused great destruction in the state. At that time, the Meteorological Office had predicted a drop in temperature for two to three days, but after a day the temperature again took on a serious form.

According to religious beliefs, nautapa begins as soon as the sun enters the Rohini Nakshatra. Every year in the month of Jyestha, Nautapa begins with the onset of summer. This time Sun will enter Rohini Nakshatra on May 25th and stay in Rohini Nakshatra until June 8th. During this time the earth does not get the coolness of the moon. This increases the temperature of the earth. Surya Rohini Nakshatra lasts 15 days, but the severe form of heat occurs more frequently in the first 9 days. These nine days are called Nautapa. Meanwhile, the heat wave is continuing, and the risk of storms and severe weather is increasing. In such a situation, it is forbidden to do any auspicious work.
