News2News.in news. Ganaur. Due to an argument while drinking alcohol, friends together killed their friend by hitting him in the stomach with a bottle. The deceased was a resident of Lakhan Ghasauli village. After committing the murder, the associates jointly buried Lakhan’s body by digging a pit about 60 cm deep in a closed sand mine on the road from Malikpur village to Giyaspur. Afterwards, all the accused returned to their homes. When Lakhan did not return home, his wife lodged a complaint at Badi police station regarding her husband’s disappearance. Following this, the police took action and arrested Tushar from Malikpur village, who revealed Lakhan’s murder during interrogation. According to the information, along with ACP Gannaur Gorakhpal Rana and senior police station officer Manish Kumar, the Gannaur Crime Unit team also reached the spot and in the presence of duty magistrate Tehsildar Manoj Kumar, Lakhan’s body was recovered from the pit at the behest of the accused. Thereafter, the body was sent to Civil Hospital Sonipat for post-mortem after collecting samples at FSL.

ACP Gorakhpal Rana said police arrested Tushar from Malikpur village. Tushar will be produced before the court on Tuesday and remanded to judicial custody. During the pre-trial detention, attempts are made to find out the reasons for the murder of the police officer and his other accomplices involved in the murder. He informed that the post-mortem of Lakhan’s body would also be conducted on Tuesday.

Lakhan was missing since November 13

Lakhan was missing from home since November 13. The relatives then continued to search for him, but when he was nowhere to be found, his wife filed a missing person report at the Badi police station on November 17.

Based on Lakhan’s call details and mobile location, police arrested and interrogated his friend Tushar, a resident of Malikpur village. During strict interrogation, Tushar said that he had previously consumed alcohol at a well on Giyaspur Road. During this time his other friends were also present. During this time, he had an argument with Lakhan over some issue in which he killed Lakhan by hitting him in the stomach with a liquor bottle. After committing the murder, they buried Lakhan’s body by digging a pit about 60 cm deep in a closed sand mine on the Malikpur-Giyaspur road, 100 meters from the crime scene.

Lakhan was a father of two children

Late Lakhan was married. He worked as a day laborer and carried sand. He also has two small children. The younger son is studying in the first grade and the older daughter is studying in the second grade. The relatives are in shock when they receive the news of Lakhan’s murder. The woman feels bad and is crying.
