Concerned, Pankaj complained about this to Vigilance. Following the appointment of ITI Director Vinod Khanagwal as Duty Magistrate, vigilance, led by Inspector Naval Kishore, set a trap and caught Arjun in the act while accepting a Rs 15,000 bribe.
