Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya will arrive in Sirsa on Saturday for his two-day visit and take part in several programs. Thereby the governor first will participate in various programs of Chaudhary Devi Lal University.

During the visit to the university, Governor Bandaru Dattatreya will also inaugurate the state’s first census data research workstation, the University Science Instrumentation Center and the University Center for Competitive Examination Center. In addition, the Governor will also issue the Admissions Information Manual for the 2023-24 academic session. Under the leadership of Chancellor Bandaru Dattatreya, the university establishes new dimensions of progress. During his visit in October 2021, the Federal Chancellor made many suggestions for the holistic further development of the CDLU and the implementation of these suggestions was carried out by the professors and employees of the CDLU.

Establishing the state’s first census data research workstation at CDLUY will benefit the university in many ways. In addition to collecting census data at the center, research is also carried out on this data. In addition to researchers from the university, researchers from other educational institutions can also conduct research on the socio-economic and demographic conditions of the census. The university receives national and international recognition for establishing such an important center for census data. Census data will be available to researchers at no cost through the Research Work Station.

International level instruments will be housed in the instrumentation center

The establishment of the University Science Instrumentation Center at CDLU will give a boost to research in science subjects. The center will mainly have six instruments, including an X-ray diffractometer, a Fourier infrared spectrophotometer, a differential scanning calorimeter, a gas chromatography and a high-performance liquid chromatography texture analyzer. In addition to researchers from the university, researchers from Germany and abroad will also use these instruments. This center will prove to be a milestone in promoting quality research. With the establishment of this center, the university’s students no longer need to go to the labs of educational institutions in Chandigarh, Delhi, Jaipur, Bangalore and abroad for their research and can complete their research here.

UPSC coaching will be available in CDLU

After the establishment of the University Examination Center, students will be assisted here in preparing for examinations, and experts of various disciplines will teach students guru-mantras for success in examinations based on their experience.
