Now the development fee, which is added to the collector rate, has been reduced from 10 percent to 8 percent.

A committee was formed, chaired by the Deputy Commissioner, to review the applications received, in which the District Town Planner, the Convenor, and Chief Executive Engineer, Zilla Parishad, District Development and Panchayat Officer, Executive Engineer PWD (B&R), The members of this committee will be Executive Engineer PWD (BHED), Executive Engineer Panchayati Raj, District Fire Officer and Deputy Commissioner of Tehsildar Office.
