Narnaul: The Chief Minister of Haryana, Manohar Lal, gave a great gift to the villagers of Sihma Village and proclaimed Sihma the status of Sub-Tehsil. In the public dialogue program organized in Simha Village, he said that the e-tendering system will be the cornerstone of village development. Important decisions were made in the areas of education, health, electricity, etc. Speaking of electricity, when the BJP government came in 2014, only 150 villages in the state had 24-hour electricity. The current government has taken positive steps, worked through plans and decided to provide 24-hour electricity to villages that meet certain conditions, which means 24-hour electricity is now guaranteed in 5,600 villages in the state.

CM Manohar Lal said that education is important for everyone and with this in mind the current government has decided to establish women’s colleges 20 kilometers away across the state. In addition, the government has decided to build a secondary school five kilometers away. People had to travel to Chandigarh for the works in their area but now any suggestion or complaints regarding the carrying out of the works related to their village can be submitted from their home on the Gram Darshan portal.
