Ambala Snatch: In Ambala, Haryana, two bike-riding miscreants who had come to buy liquor bottles under a contract ran away with cash from the trunk of the shop. The two teenagers had their faces tied and there was no license plate on the bike. When the police arrived on site, the defendant had already fled. Padav police station registered a case of kidnapping of the accused.
Jasbir Singh, a resident of Dukhedi village, said that he has been working as a salesman for a liquor outlet in the village for two years.
On Saturday he sat out of contract. At around 2:30 p.m., two teenagers arrived on a bicycle that did not have a license plate on it.
The teenager asked for a bottle of liquor
Jasbir Singh further said that both youths had a silencer tied over their mouths. When he was asked for a bottle of English liquor, he went into the shop to give it. The two teenagers also followed him in. As soon as he started giving the liquor bottle, he pushed him and one young man pressed his mouth and the other took out around 5,000 rupees in cash from his pocket.
The villains threatened
The young man who had pushed her in the face forbade her to do anything and threatened her that she was prepared to face the consequences. The perpetrator showed his hand by touching his bag. According to Jasbir, the perpetrator had a gun. The second perpetrator took the money out of his pocket, whereupon both locked the door from the outside and ran away.

No recording on CCTV
After receiving the information, Dial-112 team reached the spot. The police also searched for the accused in the area, but the accused had fled. The contract did have surveillance cameras installed, but when they checked, no recording could be found. Following the seller’s complaint, the police at Padav police station registered a case of robbery against the accused and initiated further action.
