He also has a child. The victim also became hostile in court. The court found the accused guilty on the basis of a DNA test and sentenced him.
On February 21, 2019, a person from Nahan House in Ambala City filed a complaint with the Women’s Police Station. The applicant had stated that the daughter had not been seen at home when he returned from work on 21 February. The case has been tried in summary court for the past four years. The Supplementary Sessions Court, Judge Manpal Ramavat, convicted and sentenced the defendant Amandeep Sharma.
