Bharti Airtel has increased the price of its minimum top-up mobile plans in Haryana and Odisha. According to the information received, the price of the minimum monthly top-up plan has increased by about 57 percent to Rs. 155 in both states. The telecom operator will drop the Rs 99 plan in both states and now offers the lowest prepaid top-up plan of Rs 155.
Until now, Airtel’s minimum top-up plan has been priced at Rs 99 in Haryana and Odisha, with 200MB data at £2.5 per second and calls at 2.5 Paise per second for 28 days. Now Airtel is offering unlimited voice calls with 1GB total data and 300 SMS in its Rs 155 top-up plan. The validity of the new plan is also only 24 days.
According to the reports, Airtel has only rolled out the plan in two counties as a test for now, but soon the company will roll it out across the country. Also in 2021, the Bharti Airtel company had increased the rate of its minimum top-up plan from Rs. 79 to Rs. 99. If you are Airtel user from Odisha or Haryana you need to top up Rs 155 to keep SMS service or SIM card. ICICI Securities said in a note that Airtel has launched market test tariff plans in circles of Haryana and Odisha.
