Hisar News:11 female students from the Home Science College of Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University have completed training at international institutes such as the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand, Cantho University in Vietnam and the Czech University of Life Sciences in Parag, Czech Republic. The selected students completed a 60-day training course in these international institutes. In this episode, these students are Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof. BR Kamboj and informed the Vice-Chancellor about the methodology and the successes of this training. Afterwards, Vice-Chancellor Prof. BR Kamboj commended the selected students for successfully completing their education at international institutions and studying related subjects, and also wished them good luck for their bright future.

University Vice-Chancellor Prof. BR Kamboj said that full attention is paid to the comprehensive development and international exposure of Home Science College students. In this series, 11 female students selected through the university’s IDP program have been trained at full-cost institutions in Thailand, Vietnam and the Czech Republic, thus uniting these female students through the use of modern technology and cutting-edge knowledge can make a significant contribution to community development.

dr Manju Mehta, dean of the College of Home Science, said that in the training organized at the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand, students Bhavya Sandhu, Sheetal and Shilpa studied the topic of technological innovation to meet the future challenges of agriculture and related sectors . The students received detailed information on climate, intelligent agriculture, drone technology, precision agriculture, agribusiness management, application of statistics, value chain management, fisheries and food security. He said that students Sakshi, Aastha, Garima and Preeti learned various techniques of agriculture, intelligent agriculture, nanotechnology and advanced equipment for agricultural drone breeding in the training organized at Cantho University in Vietnam. He shared that students Diksha, Bamal, Lovely and Vaishali received important information about the latest techniques in food processing, greenhouse, solar panels and beverage production in the training at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Parag, Czech Republic.

On this occasion, OSD and Director of Student Welfare congratulated Dr. Atul Dhingra also encouraged the selected students to successfully complete the training and encouraged them to expand their knowledge by sharing the information they received with other students and research scientists.
