Former Health Minister of Delhi Government Satyendar Jain collapsed due to dizziness in the bathroom of Tihar Jail this morning. He has got injuries. After this he was admitted to Deen Dayal Upadhyay (DDU) Hospital. According to media reports, this is the second time in the last one week that the former Delhi health minister has been admitted to the hospital after health-related complaints. The DG of Tihar Jail said that Satyendra Jail, who was lodged in cell number 7 of Tihar Jail complex, fell in the bathroom at around 6 am on Thursday. He is undergoing treatment at DDU Hospital.
Satyendar Jain suffering from spinal problem
Satyendar Jain is battling a spinal problem. It also has to be operated. Because of this problem, he wears a belt around his waist. Due to spinal problem, he was also brought to Safdarjung Hospital for treatment a few days back. He has lost 35 kilos in the last one year.
On May 18, during the hearing on Satyendar Jain’s bail plea in the Supreme Court, advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi, appearing on his behalf, cited Jain’s deteriorating health. During this he said that he looks like a skeleton. Jain’s weight has decreased by 35 kg in the last one year. At the same time, earlier the Delhi High Court had rejected the bail plea of Satyendar Jain saying that he is a powerful person and can tamper with the evidence.

CM Kejriwal worried about Satyendra’s health
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal tweeted about Satyendar Jain’s health and said that I pray to God for his better health.
