PM Modi Degree Controversy:Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh have not yet got relief from the Ahmedabad Sessions Court. The court has rejected the revision petition filed by both the leaders. Kejriwal had filed a review petition against the High Court’s decision in the case related to PM Modi’s degree, which is being heard today. Kejriwal had said in the petition that as per the claim of Gujarat University, no degree of PM Modi is available on the website. The court should reconsider this matter. The court has rejected the petition.

The court gave the reason for rejecting the petition

During the hearing, the Additional Sessions Judge said that the Magistrate took cognizance of the petition filed by the Aam Aadmi Party leader and the legal process in the case was initiated only after a complete assessment of the facts and circumstances. To assess this, video and audio footage were also examined in detail. The Court further said that it initiated the process by analyzing the material brought on record, which found that it was neither incorrect nor illegal. Therefore the court did not find merit in the revision petition.
