Weather Update Today: From the beginning of April, most of the states of North India have started experiencing heat. These days the capital Delhi, Haryana, UP, Punjab and the surrounding people are facing severe heat. However, in the meantime, relief news has come out from the Meteorological Department. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), it will rain in some parts of the country in the coming days. At the same time, the effect of heatwave will not be seen for the next 5 days.

As per the weather report, no heat wave conditions are likely over the country during the next five days. Rain has been predicted over the western Himalayan region from April 26 and over the northwestern plains from April 28. In the coming days, thunderstorm or hailstorm activity will be seen over Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Telangana. Heavy rain is likely over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya on April 28, Kerala from April 24 to 27 and Telangana on April 27. Hailstorm likely over Madhya Maharashtra during April 25-27, South Chhattisgarh during April 25-26 and East Madhya Pradesh on April 26.

The national capital will face heat wave with very few clouds. The weather will be partly sunny and the temperature will be between 23 to 36 degree Celsius. During this time the humidity level will be low and light winds will blow. Light rain may also occur in some areas of Delhi. According to the Meteorological Department, the people of Delhi and North India will get relief from the heat for about a week. And during the subsequent three days there may be an increase of two to four degree Celsius. There is no significant change in the maximum temperature during the next 24 hours, an increase of 2-3°C during the next two days followed by a fall of 2-3°C, the weather agency said.
