Manish Sisodia: Former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia is not taking the name of his difficulties. Manish Sisodia, lodged in Tihar Jail in Delhi Liquor Policy case, has been arrested by the ED on Thursday after about eight hours of questioning. The ED is probing Sisodia for money laundering in the Delhi liquor policy scam. ED had reached Tihar Jail to interrogate Sisodia regarding this matter. Let us tell you that Sisodia’s bail hearing was to be held in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court tomorrow i.e. on March 10, but a day before that the ED took action and arrested Sisodia from Tihar Jail.

According to the information, ED was questioning Sisodia for two days. The ED did question-answers for 2 hours today on Thursday, March 9. According to sources, during this time Sisodia did not give satisfactory answers to the ED, after which he was arrested.

Please tell that in this case Sisodia had sought permission from the ED court for questioning. The court had given ED three days to record Sisodia’s statement. Significantly, on August 22, 2022, the ED had registered a money laundering case against Manish Sisodia in the Delhi liquor scam. At the same time, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has targeted BJP after this action of ED. He tweeted and wrote that he wants to keep Manish Sisodia behind bars at any cost.

He wrote that Manish was first arrested by the CBI. CBI did not find any evidence, no money was found in the raid. There is a bail hearing tomorrow. Manish would have been released tomorrow. So today ED arrested him. Their only aim is to keep Manish inside at all costs. By creating new fake cases everyday. The public is watching, the public will answer.
