Now the Supreme Court while granting conditional bail said that Ashish Mishra will neither be able to go to Delhi nor stay in UP as he can influence the witnesses. Wherever Ashish Mishra will stay during bail, the information about this will have to be provided to the concerned court and police station. Failure to do so, the court has also ordered cancellation of bail. In this case, the Supreme Court has also ordered bail to all the other accused in the Lakhimpur case. In this regard, the Supreme Court itself will monitor the matter. An order has also been given to submit a detailed report from the concerned court.

Violence took place on 3 October 2021 in Tikunia police station area of ​​Lakhimpur district. It is alleged that the protesting farmers were run over by a Thar jeep at the behest of Ashish Mishra, son of Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Ajay Mishra Teni. Four farmers had died in this incident. A total of 8 people had lost their lives after the violence broke out. Here the farmers were protesting against the three agricultural laws and had gathered to protest against Minister Ajay Mishra. Many farmers had lost their lives in this incident, while some farmers were seriously injured.
