New Delhi: In Delhi’s Kalkaji area, there was fierce kicking, punching and stabbing between government school students on Wednesday afternoon. In this incident, a teenager was injured after being stabbed on the chest. He was first admitted to Hamdard Hospital for treatment. After this he was referred to Safdarjung Hospital. Taking action in this matter, the Delhi Police has arrested a minor accused on Thursday. Along with this, the police is on the lookout for two other accused.

According to the police, the 14-year-old friend of the teenager, who is fighting for life in the hospital, told that he studies in class 8 in a government co-ed school in Kalkaji. He had a fight with a student of another section while playing 3-4 days back. When he left school at around 2 pm on Wednesday to go home, the same student from another section was waiting for him outside along with two other friends. He along with his friends started beating him. Meanwhile, his neighbor Kishore reached there and tried to intervene, but the three youths overpowered him.

Meanwhile, a young man took out a knife and attacked him on the chest. After the incident, all the accused boys ran away from there. A bike rider took the injured student to the hospital. The police was informed about the incident from the hospital itself. Since the injured was not in a condition to give a statement, the Kalkaji police on Thursday registered a case under the relevant IPC section on the statement of his friend. At the same time, the police have arrested a 15-year-old accused juvenile in this case. Along with this, the police is looking for his two other minor accomplices.
