He directed the officers to lay emphasis on sensitizing the bus drivers and other staff towards all the passengers including women, so as to ensure that the bus stops in the presence of women in any situation. While appealing, the CM has said that all the drivers must stop the bus at the fixed bus stand. There have been some complaints that some drivers do not stop the bus on seeing women. this is not right. The women of Delhi are our mothers and sisters. We all have to take care of them.

Complaints were received earlier also, no action was taken due to non-availability of services- Gehlot

Because of which the Delhi government could not do much on this. Now the Services Department is with the Delhi Government. Therefore action has been taken in this matter. Along with this, all the bus drivers are being sensitized so that such incidents do not happen again.

Not stopping the bus after seeing women will not be tolerated at all- CM

The reason behind this was said to be free travel for women in the bus. CM took this video very seriously. CM tweeted that video and said that such complaints are coming that some drivers do not stop the bus on seeing women, because the journey of women is free. This will not be tolerated at all.
