New Delhi: Delhi Crime Branch has arrested an accused of kidnapping and murder. A reward of Rs 50,000 was also declared on his arrest. A case was registered against the accused in 2010 at Kalkaji police station. His name has been told as Bharat Lal, a resident of Bihar.

According to the police, a woman named Indu Devi had given a complaint at the Kalkaji police station that on August 27, 2010, her daughter received a call from a bus conductor named Mohammad Dilshad to take her son’s bag to him, but later his phone was switched off. Started coming When her son Chandan alias Rahul did not return home, the woman had reached the police station.

Meanwhile, the police found the dead body of a youth on the track between Okhla and Tughlakabad railway station. The woman identified the body as that of her son. Investigation revealed that the staff of the Blue Line bus was involved in the incident.

They had beaten Chandan which resulted in his death. The police was looking for three people. Later he was declared a proclaimed offender by the court. A reward of 50-50 thousand rupees was declared on the arrest of all. Recently one of the accused was found to be in Bihar. A police team reached Bihar and nabbed the accused. He had changed his name in all his important documents. The police is on the lookout for the remaining two accused.
