The Finance Minister of the Delhi government is presenting the ninth budget of the state in the Delhi Assembly on Wednesday. After the political drama on Tuesday, the Ministry of Home Affairs had approved the presentation of the Delhi government’s budget on Tuesday. Presenting the budget in the Delhi Assembly today, Finance Minister Kailash Gehlot said during the opening speech that Manish Sisodia is Lord Ram.
Along with this, he further said that I would have been very happy if Manish Sisodia had presented the budget. When Lord Shri Ram went to exile, Bharat ruled by keeping his feet on the throne. I will also work in the same way. He further said that only Manish Sisodia will present the next budget.
CM called Sisodia Prahlad
Delhi’s former deputy CM Manish Sisodia, who was jailed in the delhi liquor policy case, was earlier described by CM Arvind Kejriwal as Bhakta Prahlad. Attacking the central government, Kejriwal had said that like Hiranyakashyap, some people consider themselves as God. But, whenever they could not stop Prahlad, nor will they be able to stop today.
Atishi and Saurabh also compared with God
Earlier, two new Delhi ministers Atishi Marlena and Saurabh Bhardwaj compared Manish Sisodia to Lord Ram while taking charge. He had said that he was only going to play the role of Bharat. Just as his younger brother Bharat ruled for 14 years during Lord Ram’s exile, he will work till Sisodia and Satyendar Jain return from jail. He further said that after Sisodia and Satyendar Jain are released from jail, they will again become ministers.
