New Delhi: Suspicion has cropped up after Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena raised questions on the one-day special session of the Delhi Assembly called on Monday. According to sources associated with Raj Niwas, Lieutenant Governor Saxena has told the one-day special session called by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for not adopting proper procedure.
