According to the information, there was a technical fault in an Indigo flight from Delhi to Bagdogra on Saturday. After this, full emergency alert was issued to Delhi Airport. However, the emergency was withdrawn after the flight with 230 passengers landed safely at the Kolkata airport.
Emergency was declared even before this

During this, a cargo plane going from Delhi airport to Dubai collided with a bird soon after take off, after which the plane had to land back at the airport. Airport officials said that the flight landed safely on the runway at 12.02 pm on Saturday.
A few days before this, an Indigo flight from Bangalore to Varanasi had made an emergency landing. DGCA informed that the Indigo flight had taken off from Bengaluru to Varanasi. Meanwhile, at around 6.15 am, the flight was made an emergency landing at Shamshabad in Telangana. There were 137 passengers in this flight at that time, all the passengers were absolutely safe.
