Swati Maliwal was dragged for 10 to 15 meters by a car driver near Delhi AIIMS hospital. In this case, the police has arrested the accused car driver. According to the police, the incident took place on Wednesday night.

Swati Maliwal herself has given information about this incident on her official Twitter handle. He wrote in tweeting that on Wednesday night in Delhi, women were taking stock of the security situation. Meanwhile, a car rider molested her in an inebriated state. When they caught him, the driver dragged him by locking his hands in the windshield. Maliwal further wrote in his tweet that God saved his life. He said that if the chairperson of the Women’s Commission is not safe in Delhi, then think about the situation.
