Kejriwal further said that our government was formed 8 years ago, as soon as our government was formed, PM Modi had passed an order that the decisions related to transfer and jobs of all officers of Delhi would not be with the Delhi government. This means that even if someone is taking bribe, we cannot suspend him. Many works have been stopped in Delhi using this order. The court has given the Delhi Assembly the power to make laws. The Government of Delhi has legislative and executive authority over the Services.
