Raipur. Four youths are riding a scooty inside the Pandit Ravi Shankar Shukla University campus. The matter of surprise is that three of these youths are sitting on a scooty but the fourth one is being held in their hands like a luggage. He can be said in the air. Even a slight mistake can cost his life and the life of all three scooty riders. The surprising thing is that its video has also been posted on social media. The most important thing is that these days pictures of road accidents come to the fore daily from entire Chhattisgarh including the capital Raipur. Many of these lose their lives and many become crippled. Ignoring traffic rules can even lead to loss of life. Perhaps some mindless students do not realize this. If it is just fun then the students who indulge in such fun should know that their parents have sent them here to study and not to risk their lives.
