According to the information received, Naxalites have stood in support of the movement of Anganwadi workers going on in Bijapur. The press note has been issued by the spokesperson of the South Sub-Zonal Bureau of Naxalites, Samta. Supporting the strike, through a press note, the Naxalite leader said that the demands of the Anganwadi workers should be fulfilled by the Baghel government. Along with this, while appealing to the Anganwadi workers in the press note, further wrote that till the demand is fulfilled, they should remain firm in the movement. Comparing the daily wages of Anganwadi workers in other states, the Naxalites wrote that Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat pay more.
